¿Quién puede postularse? Applicants must provide a tax ID proving the organization is a 501(c)(3) that has existed for at least two years, be in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission, and have a physical presence, chapter, or other unit in Arizona. Applicants must carry liability insurance at their own expense with AZSFWC named as an additional insured for the project or event. Prior grantees must be current with grant reporting requirements. Eligible projects must support habitat enhancement, conservation education, or hunter/angler recruitment and retention; funds are for hard costs only. Environmental assessments, research projects, administrative expenses, staff and labor costs, and raffle prizes are ineligible. Habitat projects require approval from the appropriate land or wildlife management organization. Applicants are encouraged to provide at least a 50/50 cost-share match.
Fecha límite: Quarterly deadlines are January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Funding decisions are expected by February 28, May 31, August 30, and November 30, respectively. The next listed deadline after September 14, 2026 is October 1, 2026.
