From Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation
Who can apply: Organizations must have demonstrated impact or potential for impact in the East Metro. General operating support requires organizations to primarily serve the East Metro, with 50% or more of services benefiting East Metro residents. Program/project support requires 50% or more East Metro residents served. Capital support requires ongoing or potential significant benefit to East Metro residents.
