The foundation funds organizations that preserve, care for, and benefit wildlife and the world's natural resources. It gives highest priority to direct conservation and science-based conservation activities. Wildlife rehabilitation not focused on threatened or endangered species will not be funded, and organizations whose primary focus is advocacy or litigation are not funded.
