Projects are primarily funded in Stark County, Ohio, and southeast Florida. Applicants seeking funding outside Stark County, Ohio, are by invitation only. Organizations may submit no more than one application per calendar year. Previous grantees must complete their grant and submit a final report before becoming eligible for subsequent funding.

Charities located outside Palm Beach County, individuals, private foundations, religious or politically affiliated organizations, debt reduction or operating deficits, capital projects, and bridge funding are not eligible. National organizations must apply through a local chapter with a local board of directors and a project or program benefiting Palm Beach County residents.
