Who can apply: Applicants must be eligible organizations serving the South Central Connecticut Regional Water District. Programs must complement the Authority's environmental education program, be offered to citizens within the District, provide an educational experience that enhances source water protection or advances the Fund's mission, and include quantifiable benchmarks. Ordinarily, the Fund does not provide funds for more than two consecutive years.
