Who can apply: Applicants must be registered 501(c)(3) organizations headquartered in Orange, Osceola, Brevard, or Seminole County, Florida; have been established for at least three years from the date on the IRS determination letter; submit a current Form 990; confirm Florida Check-A-Charity registration or exemption; and be considered a Public Charity. Private Foundations are evaluated case-by-case. Victory Cup alumni may not reapply, and finalists must attend all mandatory dates.
Deadline: The 2027 cycle application opens August 24, 2026 and closes September 11, 2026. The next annual application cycle is expected in August–September 2027 based on the recurring annual schedule.
