Who can apply: Organization must be located in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake or Will county; must have public charity status (501(c)(3)) and a valid IRS determination letter in good standing (not revoked).

Deadline: Submission deadline: September 30 each year. Submissions after September 30 considered for the following calendar year. Selections made after September 30; notification by December 1; funding by December 31.
