Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and an administrative presence within the foundation's geographic footprint. The foundation considers work in eligible counties in North Carolina, New York, and Maine. Maine LOIs should only be submitted by invitation due to current funding commitments.
Deadline: LOIs accepted in February and March; invited grant applications due July 15. The foundation conducts one grant cycle per year.
