General Fund Grants
Who can apply: Eligible nonprofits must meet the Foundation's eligibility guidelines and serve the Archdiocese of Baltimore, including Baltimore City and the specified Maryland counties. Organizations must generally have operated for at least one year. Exclusions include unrestricted grants, sub-grants, endowments, individuals, medical research, one-time events, seminars, workshops, political activities, public school education, public sector agencies, charter schools, prior expenses, and scholarships, among others. Funds must be expended within one year; multi-year grants are not considered.
Deadline: LOI deadlines listed are June 1, 2026; October 5, 2026; and February 1, 2027, at 5:00 PM EST. Full proposal deadlines are July 20, 2026; November 23, 2026; and March 22, 2027.
