Nonprofit Grants
¿Quién puede postularse? Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency, submit a complete application, and request funding for a program or project that benefits women and/or girls in Herkimer and/or Oneida Counties. Required materials include a signed letter of intent, project budget, current board list, IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, and the most recent independent audit or, if an audit is not required, the most recent IRS 990 and NYS CHAR500. The fund does not support ongoing operating expenses, religious or political purposes, fundraising-event underwriting, endowments, debt reduction, individual scholarships, individual medical procedures, indirect costs, already incurred expenses, hospitality expenses, incentives, or fringe benefits.
