¿Quién puede postularse? Applications must be made on behalf of individuals by a local authority, charity or non-profit (eg Citizens Advice). Include signed consent form (or anonymised data marked 'ANON'), details of the beneficiary, financial circumstances, reason for need, estimated funds required, payee details and other supporting documentation where relevant.
