The project should improve quality of life, be sustainable, have lasting impact, be regionally networked, be goal-oriented and evaluable, allow quarterly reporting, and permit documentation of fund use down to voucher level. The foundation prefers experienced project partners and organizations with local infrastructure in the target region.
