Applicant organizations must be classified as a public charity with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, operate in/serve residents of and fully expend funds in Greenwich or Fairfield County, Connecticut, and submit a proposal with a defined budget of at least $25,000. Funds must be used within 24 months and fully utilized within Greenwich or Fairfield County or for the full benefit of Fairfield County residents.
