¿Quién puede postularse? Open to Stiftung trias projects and leaseholders, but also cooperatives and other housing projects may apply. Measures must have demonstrable long-term impact and maintenance must be secured for the coming years. If the applicant is not a nonprofit, cooperation with a nature conservation association is recommended; nonprofit initiatives should include proof of charitable status.

Förderprojekte / allgemeine Zuwendungen

¿Quién puede postularse? Funding is only possible for gemeinnützige (nonprofit) recipients and must have a connection to the foundation's themes Boden, Ökologie or Wohnen. Genossenschaften cannot be funded directly, but nonprofit partners such as a KiTa or Pflegeverein in the project may apply. Joint applications with a nonprofit partner are possible for certain environmental measures.

Projects for future (Klima- und Nachhaltigkeitsfonds)

¿Quién puede postularse? Maßnahmen müssen nachweislich langfristig Bestand haben und Pflege langfristig gesichert sein. Antragstellende sollten gemeinnützig sein oder in Kooperation mit einem gemeinnützigen Partner (Freistellungsbescheinigung beizulegen). Zielgruppe vorrangig Wohnprojekte und Erbbaurechtsnehmer*innen der Stiftung trias.

Förderprojekte (Zuwendungen an gemeinnützige Projekte)

¿Quién puede postularse? Förderungen nur an gemeinnützige Empfänger; Zusammenhang mit Stiftungsthemen Boden, Ökologie oder gemeinschaftlichem Wohnen erforderlich. Bei nicht-gemeinnützigen Antragstellern ist eine Kooperation mit einem gemeinnützigen Partner möglich. Wohnprojekte benötigen oft zusätzlich Finanzierungsplan und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung.
