¿Quién puede postularse? Eligible objects are officially protected cultural monuments in Germany, especially those owned by private persons, private nonprofit entities, religious communities, municipalities, or counties. Applicants may be owners, authorized users (e.g., leaseholders, hereditary building rights holders), nonprofit operating entities, or foundations; non-owners may apply with the owner's written consent. The project must have a high need for preservation, adequate planning, required permits, and a credible financing plan including own contribution and other funding sources.
Fecha límite: Applications for the following year must be received by 31 August; decisions are made in the first quarter of the next year. For disaster-damaged monuments, help can be requested year-round.
