¿Quién puede postularse? Applicants must be affiliated with institutions conducting research or education in Norrbotten, Västerbotten or Västernorrland. Project leader should be the main applicant. Doctoral students and postdocs cannot be primary applicants. Applications must be approved/signed by the head of the applicant's department (prefekt).
