¿Quién puede postularse? Projects must be carried out in Agder and/or Telemark; applicant must be a registered nonprofit organization/association, foundation, public entity outside core tasks, social enterprise, or ideell AS with bylaws proving non-distribution of profit. The project must primarily be new and not already started/completed. The foundation does not support operating costs, ordinary salaries, annual recurring support needs, political or religious purposes, private individuals, business ventures, or projects under the public sector's core responsibilities. Public applicants must contribute own effort or funding. Collaboration agreements must be formalized and documented.
Fecha límite: Board considers applications twice a year; next stated deadline is 15 September 2026 by 16:00.
