LGA Monthly Photo Competition
¿Quién puede postularse? Open to projects supported by the LGA Foundation that can submit a photo entry with the foundation poster.
Fecha límite: Submit entries by the last day of every month.
The Reece Family Trust, via the LGA Foundation, gives locally in North East England with a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing, youth development, and support for vulnerable young women. Its grants tend to go to grassroots charities, youth clubs, women’s centers, carers’ support groups, and community wellbeing projects that serve Tyneside and South Northumberland. The trust appears especially interested in practical, place-based support for young people and community services, with some openness to sport, outdoor activities, and nursery/early-years settings when they advance wellbeing.
Local, mission-aligned grants with two tracks: small grants under £2,000 and main grants typically in the £2,001–£10,000 range. Decisions are made regularly rather than through a single annual cycle, with small grants reviewed monthly and larger grants reviewed quarterly; support is focused on charitable organisations in the target geography.
Apply only if your charity works in Tyneside or South Northumberland and clearly advances health/wellbeing, youth development, or support for vulnerable young women. Keep the first application brief and practical, show direct local impact, and align the project to their priority groups; note that applications are reviewed on an ongoing monthly or quarterly basis, and the programme may be temporarily closed at times.
