¿Quién puede postularse? Requests are prioritized from within PHPC or organizations supported by the church, then the greater Presbyterian community, then outside community organizations. The Foundation prefers capital investments over annual operating expenses, but will consider infrastructure development, project expansion, or new programs. External organizations outside the Presbyterian community are generally limited to one grant commitment every three years. Applications must be endorsed by one of PHPC’s five councils or the Diaconate.
