Organizations and/or efforts that reflect the mission of the church; preference for requests from within PHPC or organizations supported by the church, then Presbyterian community, then outside community organizations. The Foundation prefers capital investments over annual operating expenses and requires endorsement by one of PHPC’s five councils or the Diaconate.
