USDOE CEDS Implementation Grant Subaward Program
¿Quién puede postularse? Eligible applicants are public and nonprofit entities. Proposed subrecipients must obtain formal approval from their board, council, or commission by the end of October 2026; secure and have available non-federal cash match equal to 6% of project costs; complete NEPA requirements; be able to cash-flow project costs until reimbursement; complete activities by September 30, 2031; comply with federal grant and subaward terms, conditions, reporting, Davis-Bacon requirements, and the Build America, Buy America Act where applicable. Audit and demonstrated federal grant or subaward administration experience may be prioritized.
Fecha límite: Preliminary Interest Form deadline: September 27, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Proposed subaward agreements are expected to be submitted to USDOE in January 2027. All activities and final reimbursements must be completed by September 30, 2031.
