¿Quién puede postularse? Eligible applicants are owners or authorized holders (e.g., tenants, hereditary building right holders), nonprofit sponsoring associations, or foundations; in special cases, experts for individual services. The object must be a formally listed protected cultural monument in Germany, and the applicant must submit required permits, a preservation authority statement, costs, financing plan, photos, plans, and building history. The applicant is expected to seek all available financing sources and obtain an initial telephone consultation before applying.

Fecha límite: Applications for the following year must be submitted by 31 August; applications for monuments damaged by disasters may be submitted year-round.
