¿Quién puede postularse? Open to registered cultural monuments in Germany owned by private persons, private nonprofit organizations, religious communities, municipalities or counties. Applicants may be owners or authorized custodians (e.g., leaseholders, hereditary building right holders), nonprofit associations or foundations, and in special cases experts for individual services. The monument must be endangered and in need of support; applicants must exhaust available financing sources and obtain required heritage/permit approvals.
Fecha límite: Annual application deadline on 31 August for funding in the following year; decisions are made in the first quarter of the following year. For disaster-damaged monuments, assistance can be requested year-round.
