Acerca de Just Transition Fund

Just Transition Fund (JTF) funds community-led transitions away from coal in U.S. coal communities by supporting economic diversification, workforce re‑training, broadband and infrastructure, and policy/advocacy for equitable low‑carbon economies. They prioritize projects that increase federal grant readiness, provide technical assistance and seed/matching funds, and center racial equity and historically marginalized communities in Appalachia, the Midwest, West, and the South. JTF also invests in leadership and capacity building through convenings and fellowships for early‑career community leaders.
