¿Quién puede postularse? Applicants must be owners or authorized holders (e.g., leaseholders, hereditary building rights holders), nonprofit sponsoring associations, or foundations; in special cases, professionals for individual services. The property must be a formally protected cultural monument in Germany. A written application is required, and the owner must consent if the applicant is not the owner. Applicants must contact the foundation by phone before applying and submit the required documentation, including heritage authority statements, permits, cost and financing plans, photos, plans, and building history. Commercial advertising on the monument excludes funding.
Fecha límite: Applications can be submitted annually until 31 August for the following year; decisions are made in the first quarter of the following year.
