¿Quién puede postularse? Recipients are people in situation of intellectual disability and financial precarity (adults >25 for Fonds Etincelles; 0–25 for Petites Etincelles). Projects must benefit quality of life; residency in Belgium required.
Fecha límite: Calls open in February and September; committee reviews in April and October. If accepted, projects have up to 2 years to be completed.
