¿Quién puede postularse? Eligible objects are formally listed cultural monuments in Germany, especially those owned by private persons, private nonprofit institutions, religious communities, municipalities, or counties. Applicants may be owners, authorized holders (e.g. leaseholders, hereditary building right holders), nonprofit sponsor associations, or foundations; non-owners may apply with written owner consent. A formal application, preservation authority statement, monument-law approval, cost estimate, financing plan, photos, plans, previous work summary, and building history are required. Preference is given to projects where owners need help covering their own share and where the monument is threatened or in urgent need of conservation.
Fecha límite: Annual application deadline: 31 August for funding in the following year; decisions are made in Q1.
