Group leaders who obtained their PhD within the past 10 years (up to 4 years may be deducted for parental leave, military service, industrial research, medical residency or equivalent). Applicants with a single grant > SEK 1M/year or a total portfolio > SEK 3M/year at the time of a first application are not eligible (does not apply for renewals year 2–3). Grants are paid to the applicant's institution. Overhead must not exceed 18% at disbursement.
