1. Prevent Cancer Foundation: 2027 Impact Grants (Track 2, Community Projects)
Two-year grants for nonprofits, clinics, and community organizations running cancer prevention, screening, or vaccination programs in rural communities. Track 2 is specifically for rural-focused work. Applications close May 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

2. The Cullen Foundation: Health Care Grants
A Texas-based health funder that accepts grant applications online throughout the year for review by its Board of Directors. Open to nonprofits doing community health work, with awards historically ranging from $15,000 to $1 million depending on scope. Rolling.
The through-line we keep noticing in health funding: regional foundations like Cullen are increasingly the ones running rolling intake. National funders still cluster around fixed annual cycles.
