Who can apply: Nonprofit agencies providing services in one or more of the five impact areas and serving the ALICE population in one or more of the eight-county Big Bend region are eligible to submit a Letter of Intent. Programs must align with UWBB focus areas and serve individuals and families living in poverty or at the edge of poverty.
Deadline: Letter of Intent deadline: October 6, 2026. Portal opens September 8, 2026. Award announcement anticipated June 2027.
