Who can apply: Applicants must be qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code, federally recognized public schools, or governmental agencies. Programming must benefit people living in the Red Wing, Minnesota area. Religious or political programs, direct grants to individuals, endowments, and multi-year grants outside the priority areas are not considered. Applicants seeking general operating support must demonstrate a plan for ongoing operations and should not rely on the Foundation as their sole funding source.
Deadline: Applications are due February 1, July 1, and October 1 annually. Award decisions are made by March 31, August 31, and November 30.
