Who can apply: Established or developing EMIGs at medical schools with or without emergency medicine residencies may apply, with support from the medical school or university sponsored programs office. Medical students should serve as primary applicants with a faculty co-applicant, and the faculty advisor must be a SAEM faculty member at the application deadline.
Deadline: Applications will be accepted beginning October 2026, with a deadline of 5 p.m. CT on January 31, 2027.
