Community Service Funding Request (Prior Lake Rotary Foundation)
Who can apply: Applicants must be organizations exempt from federal income tax under IRS 501(c)(3) with a valid IRS Tax Identification Number; provide direct services and have a lasting impact; serve residents of Prior Lake, its surrounding townships, Scott County, or another Rotary club making the request; address community assistance/low income, education, environment/sustainability, or healthcare needs; and use funds within one year of the award. The program does not fund individuals, for-profit businesses, religious organizations or activities, political organizations, lobbying or legislative activities, general operating expenses, endowments, projects outside the service area except when requested by another Rotary club, or multi-year requests.
Deadline: Quarterly deadlines: July 1, October 1, January 1, and April 1.
