Who can apply: Applicants must be organizations classified as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or local schools. Programs must be administered and conducted in Los Angeles County, with special consideration for the greater Pasadena area. Pasadena Showcase does not fund individuals, for-profit organizations, construction, or debt reduction.

Deadline: The 2025/2026 application deadline was November 15, 2025. The grant cycle is annual; the next cycle deadline was not yet published. Notifications for the 2025/2026 cycle were scheduled for April 2026.
