Needham Bank Charitable Foundation Funding Requests
Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations serving communities in the funders' assessment area. Requests should align with one or more focus areas and are especially considered when serving underserved populations. Applicants must provide an organizational mission statement, recent annual report or impact statement if applicable, leadership and board information, annual budget and balance sheet, requested amount and use of funds, service area, program or event information, EIN, W-9, and for 501(c)(3) organizations, an IRS determination letter. ACH instructions are required for requests of $2,500 or more and for all contributions paid by the Needham Bank Charitable Foundation. One application per organization per calendar year is generally permitted. Individuals and individual fundraising events are not eligible.
Deadline: 2026 deadlines: January 16, March 27, June 5, August 14, and October 23. Decision notifications: February 13, April 24, July 3, September 11, and November 20.
