Rota-Dent Equipment Program (portable dental units)

Who can apply: The ultimate user must provide dental services by certified practitioners; serve patients who otherwise have no access to dental services; demonstrate ongoing use with minimal downtime; ensure services are not performed for profit (fees only to cover basic operating costs); and provide services only by civilian organizations and dentists to civilian populations. Orders/payments must be from a non-profit entity.
