Active Partner Program
Who can apply: Applicants must be 501(c)(3) or otherwise legitimate nonprofit organizations and charities serving New Castle County, Delaware. The application must be completed by the organization’s main representative and include IRS documentation such as an IRS letter or W-9, plus a letter, flyer, or invitation on the organization’s letterhead. KFF reviews one donation application per organization per calendar year. Requests are not accepted for capital or annual campaigns for cash, third-party fundraisers, teams or groups of larger organizations, corporate requests, endowment funds, individual causes or personal online campaigns, multiple-year donations, political causes or campaigns, or organizations without 501(c)(3) legitimacy.
Deadline: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; requests require at least three weeks for review. Holiday donation requests should be submitted before the first week of November.
