Who can apply: Applicant must be a public charity with tax-exempt status under Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. The proposal must benefit a specific youth population, provide services in Travis, Hays, Bastrop, and/or Williamson counties, Texas, and use the full available grant amount.
Deadline: The 2026–2027 grant cycle opens September 28, 2026. Applications are due October 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT. Semifinalist decisions are expected in February 2027, finalist decisions in March 2027, and the award announcement and site visit occur in April 2027.
