Who can apply: Applicants must be working in low- and middle-income countries where extreme poverty exists. Eligible applicants include first-time founders, for-profit startups, NGOs/charities, individuals, and teams. Organizations may be eligible if they have operated for less than 18 months full-time and raised less than $30,000 USD in external funding. Projects should be focused pilot initiatives that distribute existing, evidence-based interventions and have capacity/ambition to scale.
