Upper Midwest Emmy Foundation Classroom Grants

Who can apply: Applicants must be high schools or 501(c)(3) secondary or post-secondary educational organizations in the Upper Midwest Chapter region. Proposals should have significant impact on student achievement and engagement, affect a significant number of students or have substantial long-term impact on a smaller group, be primarily non-consumable, include a specific budget, and support video production, television, or broadcast journalism. Applicants that received an Upper Midwest Emmy Classroom Grant within the prior two school years are ineligible. Funds may not be used for travel, staff or teacher stipends, substitute teachers, furniture, or requests below $500 or above $2,000.
