FAN Annual Grants (Funding Arts Network Annual Grants)
Who can apply: Applicant must be a visual or performing arts organization or an eligible distinct division or unit primarily engaged in presenting visual or performing arts programs to the public, with its principal office in Miami-Dade County. It must be an active not-for-profit Florida corporation in good standing, or an eligible division or unit of a nonprofit Florida corporation, public entity, college, or university. The organization must have been tax-exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3) for at least 36 months and have completed at least 36 months of operations presenting visual or performing arts programs publicly in Miami-Dade County. Applicants must be registered to solicit contributions in Florida unless exempt. Requested programs must reflect the applicant's primary mission and take place in Miami-Dade County during the FAN funding cycle, July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Student organizations below the graduate level and programs consisting primarily of non-professional artists or performers are ineligible. FAN excludes operating deficits, capital expansion, fundraising, scholarships, competitions, workshops, training, travel, food, and other listed costs.
Deadline: Step 1 deadline: October 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Step 2 opens January 22, 2027 by invitation.
