Who can apply: Eligible applicants include public charities such as 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, government entities, religious organizations, and other nonprofits that can demonstrate the funds will be used for a charitable cause or greater public purpose. Requests from non-501(c)(3) charitable organizations may be considered with additional recordkeeping and a written commitment to comply with IRS expenditure responsibility requirements.
Deadline: Submit by April 15th; applications reviewed in April; response around April 30th.
