Who can apply: Nonprofit must have five years of operating history; organization must have significant operations in North Carolina; only capital and infrastructure projects are considered; an organization is eligible for consideration every other year, once any prior grants are fully completed; project completion must occur within 12-18 months of grant funding.

Deadline: Quarterly grant cycles with deadlines in March, June, September, and December.
