ALTA Good Deeds Foundation — Charitable Grants
Who can apply: Applications must be submitted by individuals working in the land title and settlement industry on behalf of a recognized 501(c)(3) organization. ALTA membership is not required. Eligible organizations are encouraged to be nonpolitical, nonpartisan, focused on benefiting the local community, and focused on housing affordability issues. Applicants must provide proof of 501(c)(3) status, the organization’s operating budget, explain why they support the organization, describe support provided during the past five years, and explain the organization’s local community impact. An organization may not receive a second grant until more than two years after its first grant.
Deadline: Two application windows annually, with deadlines of January 31 and July 31. The current 2026 window closed July 31, 2026; the next recurring deadline is January 31, 2027.
