America'S Second Harvest of the Big Bend provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
Second Harvest of the Big Bend supplies food and related direct resources to frontline partner agencies (emergency food pantries, homeless shelters, schools, churches, community centers) across its 16‑county Big Bend service area. Agencies join as partners to receive regular food distributions, mobile pantry support, and access to agency services and logistics provided by the food bank.
Who can apply
Organizations must operate within Second Harvest of the Big Bend's 16-county service area and provide direct food assistance or related services to people in need. Specific partner eligibility and requirements are determined through the agency partner application/interest process.
