About this program
Wiregrass Foundation's capacity-building initiative for nonprofits, offering educational workshops, leadership support, and coaching to strengthen nonprofit organizations in the service area. Coaching is described as a monetary investment made by the foundation and offered at no charge to participating nonprofits.
Who can apply
For ExecCONNECT and coaching, organizations must be legal 501(c)(3) public charities in operation for two or more years, serve populations within Houston, Henry, Dale, or Geneva counties, have a local office in one of these counties, provide direct services in Education, Health, or Quality of Life, and be willing to participate collaboratively. BoardCONNECT is for sitting board members of viable nonprofits serving the WF service area.
