Herzensprojekt zur Erfüllung von Kinderträumen für Kinder aus der Region Osnabrück, die im Rahmen der stationären oder ambulanten Jugendhilfe begleitet werden. Die Aktion ermöglicht Teilhabe am kulturellen, sozialen und gesellschaftlichen Leben und stellt über pädagogische Fachkräfte vor Ort Wünsche für Kinder bereit.
