Who can apply: Applicants must be UK-based (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales) registered charities or clearly constituted charitable organisations working for public benefit. Operational criteria include publicly available independently examined accounts no more than 18 months old, turnover/net assets under £1m, spending >80% on charitable activities, financial reserves policy, good regulatory compliance, and at least 12 months since previous application.

Deadline: The Trust operates three application deadlines per year: roughly late December/early January, late April/early May, and late August/early September. Eligibility Checker must be completed first.
