Who can apply: Projects or initiatives must benefit the local community and be based or delivered in Essex and/or Hertfordshire. Priority is given to projects based in or delivering in Harlow, then West Essex and East Hertfordshire, then the rest of Essex and Hertfordshire. Applications must have defined outcomes and a clear plan for use of funds. The grant should be ring-fenced for the stated purpose.
Deadline: Applications may be made at any time. Closing dates for committee consideration are the end of March, end of June, and end of September each year.
