Who can apply: Applicants must be UK residents. Applications accepted only via a recognised third-party social organisation acting as a referral partner (registered charity, public body, social landlord, voluntary organisation, school, etc.). Sadaqah funds available to all; Zakat funds only for Muslim applicants. Applicants already on an IVA or debt management solution are ineligible. Only one award per financial year (April–March).
Deadline: Applications are assessed every six weeks; applicants can expect a response within eight weeks. No single fixed deadline; limited to one successful grant per financial year.
