Who can apply: Applicants must be a voluntary or community organisation, registered charity, parish or town council led by the community, or a school applying for a project not part of the National Curriculum. Groups must have their own bank account in the same name as the application, a governing body/board with at least three members, and operate in and benefit one or more of the communities of Darlington, Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool or Redcar and Cleveland. Overseas travel, religious activities, and grants to individuals are not funded (except bursary funds).
